Refunds
Simply Creative does not accept refunds or exchanges at this time. If you receive a broken item we are happy to replace or return it!
Classes and Workshops
Being a new and small business we do not offer refunds or transfers if you choose to cancel your spot in class. All ticket sales are final.
*Some classes offer a transfer policy with 10 days or more notice. Please refer to the individual class description for this information.
Late to Class Policy
Because our classes are instructor led and many times step-by-step we require that you arrive on time as to not hold up the rest of the class. If you are more than 10 minutes late we won't be able to have you join the class and you will forfeit your ticket.
