Wax Carving Jewelry Class

Step into an ancient jewelry-making tradition and experience the magic of creating something entirely yours in this beginner-friendly wax carving jewelry class. Starting with a simple block of jeweler’s wax, you’ll slow down, sketch your ideas, and carefully carve a ring or pendant using professional tools. 

With thoughtful guidance throughout the process, you’ll refine your piece into a form that feels personal and intentional. Once complete, you’ll have the option to have your design cast in metal either sterling silver or bronze, using the traditional lost-wax casting process, transforming your wax original into a lasting keepsake you can wear and treasure for years to come.

THE CASTING PROCESS

• Casting happens off-site and is not part of the class. You will leave your creation with us, and we will send it to casting experts to have it cast in sterling silver or bronze. 
• Casting incurs an additional fee; you are not required to cast the piece you carve, you could just take the class and leave without a finished product but do know that casting your piece will cost around $60-$150+, depending on weight, size and material.
• Once your pieces are cast we will ship them to you for an additional $10- you will pay this fee at the end of class. Otherwise you can schedule a time to pick them up from our studio.
• Casting takes 3-6 weeks. We will contact you via email, letting you know your piece is finished and shipped.

Please arrive a few minutes early to find your seat as class starts on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we will not be able to have you join the class.

**We do not offer refunds if you choose to cancel your spot in class. We can allow to transfer to another class if you need to cancel but you must contact us about doing so 10 days or more before the class you are scheduled to take. All sales are final.
