Welcome to Simply Creative! By registering for and attending our classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. No Refund Policy
    All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any classes for any reason.

  2. Class Transfers
    If you need to reschedule a class, you must contact us via email at hello@simplycreativemn.com at least 10 days before your scheduled class. We can transfer you to a future class based on availability.

  3. Private Group Classes
    All sales for private group classes are final. We do not offer refunds or transfers for private bookings.

  4. Late Arrival Policy
    Due to the step-by-step nature of our classes, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will not be allowed to join the class and will forfeit your ticket. No refunds or transfers will be issued in such cases.

  5. Photo and Video Release
    By attending a class, you acknowledge and agree that Simply Creative may take photographs or videos during the session. While we keep this to a minimum, group photos or videos may be used for our website or social media. By participating, you grant Simply Creative permission to use such media for promotional purposes.

  6. General Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk

    • I understand that participating in Simply Creative classes involves potential risks of injury or property damage. These risks may be compounded by the actions, omissions, or negligence of Simply Creative or its employees.

    • While Simply Creative takes precautions to ensure safety, I acknowledge that Simply Creative cannot guarantee a risk-free experience. I voluntarily participate in the activity with full awareness of potential dangers.

  7. Release of Claims

    • I waive and release any claims, known or unknown, against Simply Creative, its employees, and affiliates for injuries or property damage arising from my participation. This includes claims due to ordinary negligence but does not cover claims for gross negligence or willful misconduct as permitted by state law.

    • I agree not to bring any claims against Simply Creative and fully release it from liability under such claims.

    • This release is binding upon myself, my successors, and assigns. Any disputes related to this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

By attending a Simply Creative class, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
