Our Policies
All class bookings are final sale, there are no refunds. We can usually transfer you to a future class with at least 10 days notice, but its best to refer to the specific class for the transfer policy which will be in the description section of that class listing.
We are unable to accommodate late transfer requests. If you are no longer able to make it, and you are unable to give 10 days notice you are welcome to give your ticket to a friend.
Cookie Decorating classes are final sale. Due to the preparation involved, we are unable to transfer tickets for those classes.
We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, we’re unable to accommodate entry, as our classes are taught step-by-step and starting late would disrupt the flow for the rest of the group. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep the experience smooth for everyone. For those who are more than 10 minutes late, you would have to forfeit your ticket. We recommend arriving around 10 minutes early to avoid traffic issues.

Guests acknowledge that all activities involve the use of tools and materials and agree to participate at their own risk. By attending, you accept full responsibility for your safety and agree to follow all instructions provided by Simply Creative staff. There is a required waiver for some classes.
