Experience the beauty of Claude Monet’s coastal landscapes in this step-by-step palette knife painting class inspired by this serene seascape. Using palette knives exclusively, we’ll focus on bold, expressive strokes to capture the movement of the water, the texture of the cliffs, and the soft, atmospheric light Monet is known for.
Local artist Molly Oleson will guide you through the entire process, demonstrating how to layer color, create depth, and use palette knives to build rich texture without the use of traditional brushes. This class is approachable for beginners while still offering plenty of room for creative exploration.
🎨 All materials are included, and each participant will paint on a 16x20 canvas to take home. Come enjoy a relaxed, hands-on painting experience that celebrates texture, movement, and impressionist style.
