Give Art, Get Art: A Community Art Exchange for the Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery

Join us for a one-of-a-kind community art exchange where creativity meets generosity!

We're inviting artists, makers, and creative souls of all skill levels to create and donate one handmade piece of art to be exchanged with another member of our community. Whether you paint, knit, sculpt, embroider, print, make jewelry, collage, or create in another medium, your handmade work is welcome.

Here's how it works:

• Create one handmade piece of art.
• Drop it off at Simply Creative in the weeks leading up to the event or bring it with you on event day.
• On the day of the exchange, every participant who donates artwork will receive a different handmade piece created by someone else in our community.

Give art. Get art.

The cost to participate is $7, and 100% of registration fees will be donated directly to the Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery, helping provide emergency child care, family support, and resources for local families in need.

This event is about more than exchanging artwork; it's building community and using art to make a meaningful difference. Come support an incredible local organization and be part of a community wide act of kindness.
