A metal clay workshop invites you into the alchemy of fine jewelry making, where something soft and sculptural is transformed into pure silver.
Metal clay works much like ceramic clay, allowing you to shape, carve, and refine your design by hand. What makes it extraordinary is what happens next. The clay is composed of microscopic particles of fine silver blended with water and a natural, organic binder. When your piece is carefully torch-fired, the binder gently burns away, revealing what remains beneath: solid .999 fine silver.
Guided by our instructor, Hailey, this class invites you to slow down and create something truly meaningful with your hands. You’ll learn approachable silver clay techniques and leave with at least one beautiful piece of handmade jewelry, choosing between a necklace or a pair of earrings. (If ring making is calling to you, we offer a dedicated stacker ring or statement ring class designed just for that experience.)
No experience is needed, just curiosity. Whether you arrive solo or with a friend, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive, beginner-friendly space where every step is clearly guided. Hailey will be there throughout the process, helping you feel comfortable, capable, and proud of what you create.

- The use of all tools to create, including a torch, sculpting tools, molds and rollers

Safety:
- Metal clay is a pretty safe craft, however due to the use of a torch and sharp shaping tools we require participants to be at least 18 years old.
Please arrive a few minutes early to find your seat as class starts on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we will not be able to have you join the class.

**We do not offer refunds if you choose to cancel your spot in class. We can allow to transfer to another class if you need to cancel but you must contact us about doing so 10 days or more before the class you are scheduled to take. All sales are final. Please arrive on time, as this class is step-by-step if you're more than 10 minutes late you will not be able to join the class.
